Plastic intaglio printing ink of intaglio printing machine is generally used for printing PE,PP,OPP,NY and other plastic film inks,but is can also be used for printing composite flexible packaging.As long as there is no large color block on the printing page that has passed the cold wind test of rewinding,the composite smell and fastness are basically OK.
When selecting and using plastic intaglio composite inks for plastic intaglio printing ink,attention should be paid to the difference between high-speed machine drying ink and ink design by ink manufacturers.When printing,the selection of printing ink should be determined by the rotation speed of the gravure printing machine,otherwise,the rotation speed of the gravure printing machine will dry the ink in the concave of the gravure dot,and the gravure printing parts will not dry when the rotation speed of the gravure printing machine is fast.For plastic flexible packaging pr printed aluminum foil that is resistant to cooking,two component gravure ink that is resistant to cooking and special ink for aluminum foil shall be selected.Otherwise,it will not be able to resist cooking,and the ink in the inner layer will become thin,discolored and unclear after cooking.In packaging bags,it is also necessary to select high temperature resistant materials and cooking resistant two-component composite adhesive.The surface tension of plastic intaglio ink is generally 36 dynes,while the surface tension of PE and OPP is generally only about 32 dynes.This requires that during intaglio printing,the film should undergo corona treatment to destroy the molecular structure of the plastic surface,improve the surface tension of the film,so that it can reach more than 38 dynes,make the ink and film bond tightly,and tear off the ink with hand rubbing and adhesive tape to meet the printing quality requirements.
